Traveling the Balkans is the online platform for cooperation of various organizations that work on the promotion of responsible tourism in the Balkans.
Whilst the Balkans are mainly perceived stereotypically as unsafe and not secure due to its history of war, we present and familiarize visitors with the region in an entirely new way – revealing the routes and paths that will leave all newcomers inspired. We intend to show the qualitative places, historical and archeological wealth, local traditions and cultures/customs, and the breathtaking beauty and power of nature here.
